We analyse every project we can verify — from raw XML feeds, public registry data, OpenStreetMap and our own field knowledge — and publish a single numerical Verity Score per development. The score is built from three data-backed pillars (Location & Living, Investment, Architecture) and explained in full on the Verity Score page.

Editorial decisions are decoupled from commercial outcomes. We never accept payment from developers in exchange for higher scores or coverage. Projects below 6.0 do not get published. Sources are cited, weights are documented, and our scoring methodology is reviewed annually.

When you find projects worth visiting, you can shortlist them and request a one-day viewing tour with our local agent partner. The agent picks you up, drives you between the projects you selected, and answers questions on the ground. There is no obligation, no fee for buyers, and no pressure to choose any specific development.
